1. acceptance

By using n0brains Signals ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Simple.

2. description of service

n0brains Signals provides cryptocurrency market intelligence via REST API, WebSocket, and Webhook. The Service aggregates, classifies, and delivers signals from publicly available data sources. We do not provide financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment counsel. Signals are informational only.

Reference prices, invalidation levels, target levels, paper-trading results, scoring, the trade_signal action hint, and any performance figures shown on the /proof page or elsewhere are n0brains' own algorithmic analysis of public market data. They are not advice, not personalized to you, and not guaranteed to be accurate or profitable. Simulated and historical results do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make, including any profits or losses that result.

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. If your key is compromised, contact us immediately — we'll rotate it. You may not create multiple free-tier accounts to circumvent rate limits.

4. tiers & billing

Free tier: 60 requests/minute, 15-minute signal delay, REST API only. No credit card required.

Pro tier: $39.99/month. 600 requests/minute, real-time signals, full API access. Billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the next billing cycle after the change.

5. refunds

Pro subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your paid period. No prorated refunds for partial months.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee signal accuracy, timeliness, or profitability. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. You can lose money. Past signal performance does not predict future results.

We are not financial advisors. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

8. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, n0brains shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. intellectual property

The n0brains name, logo, and Service design are our property. Signal data derived from public sources is not proprietary, but our classification methodology, scoring algorithms, and API structure are. Don't copy them.

10. termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

11. changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
